In a large zip-lock baggie pour seasoned salt, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Place a damp, freshly washed potato in baggie and cover it with seasonings. Remove from baggie and place in oven on middle rack. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until soft. *Place potatoes in microwave for 3-4 minutes before baking cuts cooking time in half.
