4 eggs 1 c. sugar
¼ t. salt 3 c. cottage cheese
¾ c. cream 4 T. flour
1 ½ T. lemon juice (optional) 1 t. vanilla
Beat eggs. Add sugar and continue beating until light. Add salt, cream, cottage cheese, flour, vanilla, and lemon juice. Beat thoroughly. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until firm. Turn off oven. Keep pie in oven 1 hour with door open.
