In memory of Ola Edwards.
Beat together:
2 eggs 2/3 c. Criscoâ
Add:
1 c. grated carrots ½ t. cinnamon
1 ½ c. flour, sifted ½ c. pecans, chopped
1 c. brown sugar ¼ t. salt
1 t. soda 1 t. vanilla
Mix together thoroughly. Bake in a loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour.
